i have a usb enclosure for a hard drive. the drive mounts fine in windows, but in linux its does not, and it looks like usb doesn't recognize it. i keep getting this error when i plug it in
Code:

usb 1-2: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 17
usb 1-2: khubd timed out on ep0in
usb 1-2: device descriptor read/64, error -110

also when i plug it in it the drive indicates that it cant draw enough power from the usb port, but even with the second cable pluged in it still indicates the same thing. on my windows laptop only 1 cable is nessessary for the drive to work.

i think usb is set up correctly in my kernel, since my logitech webcam seems to work without any problems. so wtf?
