keyboard trouble after the the kernel load!

Hi,
I'm new on Gentoo and i meet some difficulty with the distrib install!

In fact, i had follow the differents instruction of the hand book install
and after the installation of grub
When i start a kernel (I test 4 different kernel and try different modification) but no thing work !!!
after the kernel load on the login prompt i have no keyboard(Classic PS/2) react!!! The VerrNum LED is on and when I press VerrNum key
it dont switch off!! :-(

For me the problem come from my kernel configuration but I not a best for configure it !! :-(

(because during grub chois keyboard work!)
If someone can help me,I will be very happy because my problem is 2 week ago and i fedup!!
I dont understand why!

In hardware configuration is:
2xXeon 2.8Ghz 5go PC2100-Ecc sur SuperMicro X5DA8
PNI QuadroFX 2000
2x 36Go SCSI 15K fujit (controleur de la MB Adaptec 79xxx)
1 cdrom & 1 graveur & pas de floppy !

Bonjour,
Je suis nouveau sur Gentoo et je rencontre quelques difficulté quand t'a installation de la distrib

En fait j'ai suivit le manuelle d'install et aprés installation de grub
quand je lance n'importe quel kernel tous va bien et au prompt du login
mon clavier (PS/2) ne repond plus (la Led verrNum est allumé mais ne s'éteint pas si j'appuis sur la touche)
Pour ma part je pense que le probléme et itinérant à la configuration du kernel mais je ne m'y connais pas vraiment
je ne comprends vraiment pas
Si une âme charitable pouvait m'aider je serrais bien comprend
ca fait environ 2 semaines que je planche dessus et toujours rien :-(

ma config est la suivante:

so Keyboard work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In fact it's dumb!! just switch off USB legacy support in bios and all it's ok!

2 weeks of cheat and my work win !!!!
