Mouse frozen after bin86 update

I would like to thank everbody for there hard work and invaluable help in these fourms.

I recently updated /sys-devel/bin86-0.16.13 to /sys-devel/bin86-0.16.16 and I have lost mouse control in X.

The reason I belive it was from the update is that I updated 2 different machines (stupid I known, I should have done one and made sure it worked ) and they both lost mouse control.

I downgraded back to bin86-0.16.13 but no love, the mouse still will not work. The mouse will work in window$ though so I don't think it is a hardware problem.
Any ideas?
