Hello, i've just followed the guide on http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_setup_a_home-server .
My server and me had several problems using the vanilla-sources, so we tried the development-sources (Vanilla 2.6.10), and it worked nice and perfect (Almost!), what do i need to add in cd /usr/src/linux; make menuconfig to get the same options as the kernel in the guide?
Squid is running fine for me after some configuration, but i thougt that it were invisible so that i don't need to make manual changes on every single machine on the network. I have to do it now, can i somehow get it to be invisible?
Thanks in advance. _________________ Laptop: Zepto 2314W, Pentium M 730, 512 Mb Pc-3200
