pftpfxp PRET support

now that pftpfxp mew edition has wiggled it's way into the portage tree, maybe someone can figure out how to update the older PRET patches for the latest sources...

with a PRET patch provided by the drFTPd dev team I was able to adapt it to work with the latest sources.
Coupled with the gcc patch already in the portage tree, this is the best ftp/fxp client you'll find.

Yes, pftpfxp-0.11.4.6-r1 now has the PRET patch.
