Salve a tutti, scusate la domanda, probabilmente molto niubba: dove devo impostare l'ACCEPT_KEYWORDS di portage? Pensavo da qualche parte in env.d, mi sapete dare indicazioni più precise? Grazie in anticipo e scusate ancora la niubbaggine!

prima di tutto cosa devi fare?
xè come ha detto alemare tu imposti la keyword per TUTTO il sistema.... quindi TUTTI i pacchetti INSTABILI saranno installati.... nn so se è questo che vuoi...

Sinceramente non é una scelta troppo saggia, a meno che tu non sappia cosa stai facendo e, in caso di problemi, abbia la pazienza di cercare di risolverli ed eventualmente segnalarli su bugzilla.
Come alternativa migliore io suggerirei di utilizzare un normale sistema "x86" e poi, all'occorrenza, andare a emergere il programma che interessa sia in "~86" utilizzando il file /etc/portage/package.keywords.

Intanto grazie mille per le dritte, pero' una cosa non l'ho capita bene: come funziona il file portage.keywords? Se metto il percorso che mi avete detto (/etc/portage/package.keywords) non trova nulla, probabilmente perchè non ho impostato niente e ho lasciato tutto di default: quindi nuova domanda:
A cosa serve package.keywords? Come funziona? Ho cercato di capirci qualcosa nella guida gentoo, ma è un po' troppo sintetica! Arigrazie!!!!!

A smascherare i pacchetti masked, per esempio se vuoi avere un a vesione nuova di qualche programma che e' masked

Esistono due livelli di mascheramento dei pacchetti:- quelli "instabili ma non dannosi" che vengono mascherati con la keyword ~arch nell'ebuild del package stesso: questi vengono smascherati in /etc/portage/package.keywords;
- quelli "instabili e dannosi" che vengono mascherati nel file globale /usr/portage/profiles/package.mask (dove si spiega anche il motivo del mascheramento): questi vengono smascherati in /etc/portage/package.unmask.
C'è il tool forcekeymask che ti agevola il compito per lo smascheramento, cerca nel forum  |
