Hallo,
ich bin noch ziemlich neu und habe Gentoo soweit am laufen, allerdings mit mysql 4.0. Ich würde gerne das inzwischen freigegebene mysql 4.1 verwenden. Gibt es das schon zum emergen und wenn ja wo? |

I'm not sure about what you're asking in german, but probably the emerge mysql command is the one you need there 
or if that's an update, then emerge -u mysql.

mach emerge -s mysql
falls du mysql-4.1 suchst dann must du folgendes machen:

echo "dev-db/mysql ~arch" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
emerge -p mysql
|
wobei ~arch deinem entsprechen muss bei mir ist es ~x86
