TB Santa Cruz cs46xx Card: enable on-card hardware function?

Hi - I've been searching on the forums and google for this for a while, but don't think I've found what I'm looking for.

Under windows xp the Santa Cruz driver can set equilizer levels and special sound effects directly on the card - this is a hardware functionality provided by the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz card. I have not found a program which can do this in linux. There are programs that can do this as software (using the CPU), but not ones which specifically utilize the hardware functionality.

What we need is a program which can directly address the card to set these levels/effects. Anyone know of a program like this?
