Everything works fine until ttmkfdir tries to compile I get this error

Just tried to emerge ttmkfdir on my main box and I get the same error. (x86)

emerge libtool(s) one or the other then emerge ttmkfdir

System 1 - Dual Opteron 246 - 2.6.10-cko3 - gcc 3.4.3 - nptl - amd64 and never look back..
xfce 4.2.2 across the board..
