Hi:

Successfully installed and compiled Gentoo 1.4RC2 (wow boots so much faster that RedHat). Have installed XFree86 and NVidia so far so good. Now tried to emerge in KDE 3.1RC5 and it fails when trying to compile OpenJade. Havent got the exact error with me but it fails on a Perl getops.pl script when trying to read from a .msg file. It says that the problem is due to a invalid charater '%' in the file.
