Hi!
I have problems with my new lg 4161b cd/dvd burner. It can write dvd-rw media without errors, but if i try to write a cdr-w, there will be many many errors on it! I tried this drive under an 'another' OS without a problem, so I think this is not hardware issue.
I tried cdrtools 2.01, 2.01.01_alpha01, dvdrtools-0.1.6, cdrecord-prodvd and k3b. I tried first as an atapi device (dev=ATAPI:0,0,0), then I setup the scsi emulation, but the results was the same.
The kernel version is 2.6.9-r12.
Any idea? |

| I got errors during the verifying of the written data, not during the writing. |
