I am trying to emerge gnome and I tell me it is masked. It says missing keyword. What does that mean? Can I get it or not? If so how? _________________ /\/\/\/\ GreatWhiteShark /\/\/\

It would be helpful if you posted your exact output...

(if you don't know how)

Code:

emerge -v gnome > ./emerge_outupt

That will verbosely (-v) emerge gnome and then redirect the output (>) to emerge_output in the current directory (./)
