I have firefox installed and I came across a page that needed java. I went to install blackdown-jdk - no problems. Now the question is - how to enable the plugin?
Thanks. |

Have you restarted firefox? It should work out of the box, and detect the plugin in /usr/lib/nsbrowser/plugins/javaplugin.so or /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/javaplugin.so
After a restart, you can type about:plugins in the URL bar and it should be listed... |

compile blakcdown-jre with the mozilla use flag so it will create the sim link automatic else you have to set the symlink yourself |
