for some reason doing trickle -u 10 wine /path/to/dcpp.exe does not seem to limit any bandwidth in DC++. Are there any other ways to limit the bandwidth without having to learn iptables and routing? Is it possible to somehow install NetLimiter in Wine and if so would it work?
