Hi,
I just install gentoo several days ago,but i cannot find the command telnet,
would you tell me which package would it stay in.
i want to emerge the guy. _________________ Nothing for happy. |

There are a couple of packages that provide telnet client and telnet service, but the one I recommend is net-misc/netkit-telnetd |

net-misc / netkit-telnetd Standard Linux telnet client and server, the next time try emerge -s telnet  _________________ Google, really. |

you have different sorts of telnet packages, try netkit-telnetd.

PS you can search for telnet packages by executing the following command:
emerge -S telnet _________________ Required: Windows 95 or better, so i installed Linux!!! |
