snort-2.3.0-r1.ebuild (update) - SGUIL reporting patches

Subject: SGUIL patched snort-2.3.0-r1.ebuild (update).

I've just modified snort-2.3.0_rc2.ebuild to patch snort with SGUIL reporting functionality. Two patches have been added to the ebuild and can be activated by using the sguil flag (USE="sguil").

It seems the Gentoo+Snort+SGUIL user base is pretty limited so I don't know how useful this ebuild may be.
