I use genkernel-3.1.0a till moment in wich i wanted to have a firewall everything was just fine, but when i wanted to have on my desktop station a firewall, i get problem. I want to use ipt_state module from gentoo-source-2.6.12-r9, what is the problem?? i just can' have it dunno why, that is how my Netfilter Configuration in kernel config looks like:

maybe someone know how to solve this problem??

Please enable Connection tracking (required for masq/NAT) (as seen the first item on your list). After that state module shows up.
