I am currently get a message in my auth.log: It looks like this:

Code:
Feb  6 03:00:40 server PAM-env[15351]: Unrecognized Option: /etc/config-archive/etc/security/pam_env.conf  - ignoring line
Feb  6 03:00:40 server sshd[15351]: PAM pam_putenv: bad variable
Feb  6 03:00:40 server PAM-env[15351]: Unrecognized Option: 1.2  - ignoring line

I am not sure why it is doing it. I have tired to move the file to another location and the message still pops up. I would like to get this resolved as it makes it harder to go through my logs. Any help would be great.

Bill

I fixed it. I remover the pam_env.conf file from my /etc/security/ directory and re-emerged pam and all better now. I should have tried that frist.
