Ok so i have this wierd situation on one of my boxes, the su command and root login allways fails if i try and login with the error of an permission denied (does this mean wrong pw?). however if i
then i can get in and su fine. however if i change the password here it still only effects the sudo, not su....
can anyone enlighten me as to whats going on?
thanks in advance.
