My laptop tends to get decent FPS (20-50) when in an indoor environment with no lights on the screen, but when I'm in an outdoor environment or any light source is showing it drops tremendously (2-15 fps). Anyone have a similar problem or solution? I'm using the latest ATI drivers and opengl is working fine otherwise.
