Guys - really strange FTP problem. I've seen others with this problem, but no concrete solutions. Basically, I can connect / login to an FTP server, but cannot list files, upload or download. What's going on?
This is *not* a firewall issue, as the same thing occurs whether or not the IPtables firewall is active. It also makes no difference whether I use passive mode or not.
What the heck's going on? Is this a kernel problem / kernel config snafu? I don't know exactly when it changed, but though I'm running the latest 2.6.11-rc, my kernel config hasn't been changed for ages.
Please help, this is really silly![/b] _________________ ------------------------------------------

I'm using NCFTP, errors include:
* Data connection timed out
* Could not accept data socket
But nothing else. This is driving me nuts. What on earth changed? _________________ ------------------------------------------
