|
|
Hello! I recently installed postfix/sasl/tls and have been running into a small cosmetic problem, that I am hoping someone here may have had dealt with before.
Whenever I send an email using postfix/tls, the recieving end would recieve the email as I sent it, however the subject would be changed to contain a ~ in the beginning. For example, if I sent an email with the subject Help! the recieving end would see ~Help!
Is anyone aware of a way to disable this?
I'd like to note that this problem isn't present when I disable the tls.
Thanks for any help. |

Hello,
what happens, if you use a different mailclient for sending mail?
Best regards

Heh. Thanks.. That did the trick. After going the long route and searching through all the source for anything, that's the solution.
Thanks again. |

Hello again
so the mailclient you used had a glitch or did the "~"
by reason. What did you use as mailclient ?
Best regards
