However, it still lacks an ebuild... |
I know this is an old post, but just FYI I created an ebuild for Wolf4SDL last weekend. You can find it here if you're still interested:

Of course I'm still interested!
Thank you very much for your ebuild, it works really nice, and the tweaks are also great (quake-like strafing, icons etc.)
It's just unfortunate the manual protection for Spear of Destiny is still there. With my french laptop, I can't manage to insert numbers when asked! I must always hope to find a question where I only need to type letters!
Anyway, thanks for your work, it's really appreciated! _________________ S'il n'y a pas de solution, alors il n'y a pas de problème (logique Shadok). |

I'm surprised SteelStorm hasn't been mentioned yet. I bought/preordered the second episode a while ago, just haven't had time to play it. _________________ Ludwig von Mises Institute Quote: | I am not to be a shepherd, I am not to be a grave-digger. |
|
Good evening,
I'm currently developing on a Mau Mau (a card game) server which is already quite usable.
Despite main development is done on Ubuntu I use Gentoo for testing as well as to create the Wind**s binaries with MingW.
It is quite easy to build with very few dependencies (actually only to POPT) and with some minor adaptions I can provide an ebuild-file as well.
I wrote an Qt client too, but since it was originally planned only to test the server, the most feedback I get just for the client. I could also start to make an ebuild of it.
I'm a bit afraid to offer it to the Debian people. The process of submitting a piece of software to them is a bit frightening.
Who dares can take a look at it: https://sourceforge.net/projects/netmaumau/
Building and installing is a quick process, since it is not that big project.
Thanks

I know there hasn't been a new post in this thread for ~2 years, but this thread is stickied...
If anyone here is interested in the Powder Toy, I've written a couple of ebuilds for it and submitted them to the bug tracker. You can find them here: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=594448 |
