HKSCS in KWrite and Opera

Two issues here, both about HKSCS encoding. In Kwrite, I have every possible type of encoding, except for HKSCS, which makes some characters not available to see, instead they come out as just a dot...

In Opera, I can write in Cantonese no problem, for example an online forum or journal entry, but then if I want to edit it, it all comes up as garbage. Any ideas?
