Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'Horde/menu.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/horde/admin/index.php on line 13

I guess it is a permissions problem, but i couldn' figure out what to change..?
I hope somebody can help me. I'm sure this problem has been discussed already, but i wasn't able to find anything related to this.
Pls tell me if you need more info...
Thx in advance... _________________ --
