alors voila j ai installé submount mais bon j ai l impression que je me suis un peu planté :-/
j ai 4 lecteur qui apparaisse au lieu de 2 ... ( un graveur dvd et un cd)
es ce que j'ai quelque chose de faux dans le fstab ?

bon voila j ai enleve 2 lecteurs
mais enfaite les lecteur ne sont plus monté il fo le monté manulement avec la commande mount unmount
mais qd je monte le lecteur cd je n'arrive quand meme pas a aceeder au lecteur je recois le message impossible d'entrer dans le dossier /mnt/cd
que dois je faire?

je suis pas sur qu on mette des espace entre les valeur du umask:
umask=000 _________________ nuts

Aucun lien, les deux derniers 0, c'est les valeurs dump/pass qui vont bien.
Pour en revenir au sujet initial, j'ai aucune idée sur le problème mais si je peux me permettre une petite remarque:
depuis que gnome marche bien avec la triplette hal-dbus-gnome-volume-manager j'ai arrêté de me prendre la gueule avec submount, supermount et autres, ça marche vraiment bien et c'est tellement simple. C'est sur qu'il faut gnome et ça plait pas à tout le monde mais l'essentiel est là

un petit up parce que j'ai le même problème de "Impossible d'entrer dans le dossier /mnt/cdrom" alors que j'ai suivi exactement le tuto donné. Comme ce sujet n'est pas marqué résolu, si quelqu'un a trouvé la solution entre temps... |

d'abord merci pour ta réponse, ca marche pour entrer dans les dossiers. Par contre, l'ebuild ne m'a pas installé submountd dans /usr/bin mais dans /usr/sbin (j'irai ecrire ca dans l'autre topic aussi).
Mais là autre probleme majeur: les cd ne se démontent pas lorsque je veux les ejecter, et umount me dit que le peripherique est occupé (par subfs je pense). Du coup, pas moyen de recuperer mes cd.. (enfin sauf reboot evidemment). Une idée?? |

au cas ou , je te donne mon fstab qui marche mais ne monte rien automatiquement :

c'est une plaie ces peripheriques avec toutes les distros ... ca marche au debut lorsqu'une install est toute fraiche mais des la mise a jour , c'est l'anarchie,du coup j'ai laisse tomber les montages autos.
