Is their any way to bypass Grub on the startup. I am sure that I have a conf problem but I cant get to it now I just need to get by for the moment and just boot Gentoo. |

You need to repeat the process where you boot from the install/live cd, mount your partitions, and chroot to your Gentoo environment, like when you first installed it. I made a GRUB boot floppy after having to do this too many times in the past |

do you mean you have a config problem with grub or something else? If the problem is with the grub configuration, then you don't need to get into gentoo to solve it. You can just work from the grub> prompt to boot gentoo. |
