I have sshd running on my computer and I would like to know how I can log the /usr/lib/misc/sftp-server service. This the program that shows up when users are logged into the sftp that they are using. I have metalog as my logging service. I have tryed adding that to the metalog.conf file and it doesn't look to be working.

Actually it appears to already be included in the openssh ebuild, you need only to add sftplogging to your USE flags and emerge openssh

I had the patch that would let me log the users. I have to read into the man pages on sshd and in there you have to find what you need to add to the sshd config file. I added them and it's work the way I want now.
