So I am trying to get my MX 500 mouse to work right and I followed the USB Mouse and Keyboard how-to. The only problem is that no matter which module I use, UHCI it will not load and says that there is an error with the IRQ. Input, mousedev, and hid all start but usb-uhci and uhci both give me an error.

Thanks in advance

Are you sure your MoBo uses UHCI and not OHCI? Check out in your manufacturers site and compile your kernel as necessary!:)

If your problem is solved, please edit the subject of this thread (only you the creator can do this), if it is not solved, either close it or keep asking!

What other post? You mean another thread? It is a lot more efficient for people searching the forum to know if the problem in a subject is solved or not. If your other post is in another thread, the current thread should be considered [SOLVED].

thnx.
