netdump and or diskdump on Gentoo?

Hi all,
Does anyone know if there are some plans to create ebuilds for netdump and/or diskdump? Or at least to provide its functionality on Gentoo?
This might be a major improvement for people supporting Gentoo Linux.

Both tools provide the functionality of writing crashdumps. These dumps are sometimes very helpful in analysing the root cause of a dump.

There are many different documents on the web describing these utils.
