postProcess_MMX error during emerge mythtv-0.17

Sorry if I missed this in a prior post ( I am usually pretty good at finding info ) but all my searches have drawn blanks this time...

I am unsure of what this means ( not a programmer ) so I have little to go on for where to look for the problem, but it apears to be a mythtv problem... and so this may not be the right place to post this.

But maybe someone has seen this before and can direct me to where to find a solution...

I have looked at parse.c hoping maybe it might be something obvious... and... well on line 3198.... ??????? I have no idea what I am looking at..!!

Your CFLAGS are broken.

lots of redundant CFLAGS there aswell, 2x -O's

try to strip your CLAGS back to minimal in your /etc/make.conf
and try to emerge the package again.
