If I have two nic cards setup and working indepentantly from each other, on two separate gateways.... Is there a way to tell linux, "Hey, if you receive on eth0, then only send out on eth0" Thought maybe I could do something like this using IPtables, but not famliar enough with that. Problem is I have apache setup and it receives on both interfaces but sends out arbitraily on whatever interface... and if the receive and send of the web page doesn't happen on the same IP/Interface/ethX then it won't work. OR... perhaps there is a way to tell Apache send out on the same IP address that you received on....
Any Ideas? Please help.. ![Confused :?](images/smiles/icon_confused.gif) |

You have a seriously b0rked network and routing configuration if the packets are being sent back via an arbitrary interface. ![Shocked 8O](images/smiles/icon_eek.gif) |
