Number Major Minor RaidDevice State
0 22 1 0 active sync /dev/ide/host0/bus1/target0/lun0/part1
|
mdstat:
Code: |
cat /proc/mdstat
Personalities : [raid5]
read_ahead 1024 sectors
md0 : active raid5 ide/host4/bus1/target1/lun0/part1[8] ide/host4/bus1/target0/lun0/part1[6] ide/host4/bus0/target0/lun0/part1[5] ide/host2/bus1/target0/lun0/part1[4] ide/host2/bus0/target1/lun0/part1[3] ide/host2/bus0/target0/lun0/part1[2] ide/host0/bus1/target1/lun0/part1[1] ide/host0/bus1/target0/lun0/part1[0]

It's really confusing and takes time to "translate" to proper dev.
i want my /dev/hd[a,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,]1 back!
Anyone know what i can do to fix it?
Thanx |

Were they ever there?
If so, when did they disappear?
What kernel are you using?
Are you sure you have the proper drivers included with the kernel? |

Proper drivers are in kernel.
(symlinks /dev/hd.... also exists)
Could have something to do with the: enable Per partition statistics in /proc/partitions in a 2.4.28-r7 kernel |
