I am quite new to Macs, and was curious to know, if i install gentoo (and use the entire harddrive) if i ever try to reinstall OSX using the DVD that came with my system, will it still have all the programs that came installed with the powerbook, such as GarageBand, iLife and all that? |

Gentoo for OSX is actually an add on (portage) since OSX is already a *nix |
