I've read howto about pocket pc in linux... Actually it simply doesn't work for my motorola mpx200 - kernel recognizes attached device, usb serial converter & ipaq drivers are loaded, but... dmesg doent say kernel found pocketPC and attacjed it to ttyusb0 or something like this... (as it does, then i connect my palm via usb also). So - no troubles with palm - no luck with WM2003... maybe pocket pc driver doesnt fit Windows smartphones? |

uhm, not sure if i got you right there, but it seems that there's a workaround for your phone, according to the synce howto, you need to fix something in the driver code:
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=6339886&forum_id=1226
i can assure you it's not windows mobile 2003, that works perfectly on my ipaq rz1710 (aside from some random chrashes and stuff, very weird...) |
