Hi, I was just wondering: is there a way to change the priority of a process? By priority I mean, for example, slowing down a process that I started with nice -n -20. I wanted it to be done fast, but it is really slowing down my system. Can someone tell me a way to do this so I will know in case this sort of thing happens again?
