Help with simple Ipchains config

Hello,

I need a Firewall on my system but I never configured ipchains before and I don't understand the howtos.
So can anybody show me how the config should be?

I have a very simple scenario: A Web-, Mail-, FTP- ans SSH-Server. It should be possible to ping the server everything else sould be blocked.
