tftpboot ramdisk (/tmp) permission denieds????

I'am having a very very weird situation on my Gentoo system.

The thing is when is try to tftpboot my client PC, it can mount its nfs root file system (LTSP v 3.04)
on the server, but after it has created the ramdisk it cannot write to /tmp.
Permission denied is the message.

exports:
192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0(rw,no_root_squash)

Kernel 2.4.19
I've run the ltsp script, but can it be that my devfs is the problem ?
