title says it all. i can't get firefox to load some sites for some reason, i know these sites are accessible because i can use other browsers like konqueror, links or just about any other browser to reach them.
just some of the sites i can't get it to load.
www.ati.com
www.drunkduck.com
www.circuitcity.com
www.bestbuy.com
i am using firefox version 1.0.1
i do have the adblocking extension but i determend it not to be the problem.
any help other then 'switch to x browser' would be appreciated. |

All work in 1.0.1 over here. Why don't you move your firefox profile (~/.mozilla/firefox/SOMETHING.default) somewhere temporarily & you can then decide whether it is something in your profile or your build. _________________ Donate to F/OSS

well i fixed it by nuking the user dir for firefox but i would realy like to know what cased it to do this in the first place.
no it never returns a error it just plain doesn't load the page, you could click a link and it would not go there or you could type it into the adress bar in a blank window and it would not even load the page title. |

The only thing I can think of that would cause that would be something in adblock. |
