Just posted (on a duplicate thread, oops) that you can use the 4.2.1 ebuild (at least I managed to), directions are here.

I was surprised, that its now prelinkable, so I tried ....... but its not so easy in my mind.
Code:
# prelink -qavmR
prelink: /usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/winex/bin/wine: Could not find one of the dependencies
prelink: /usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/winex/bin/wineserver: Could not find one of the dependencies
prelink: /usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/winex/bin/wine: Could not find one of the dependencies

Prelinking /usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/winex/bin/fnt2bdf
Prelinking /usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/winex/bin/wineclipsrv
prelink: /usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/winex/bin/wineclipsrv: Cannot prelink against non-PIC shared library /usr/lib/opengl/nvidia/lib/libGL.so.1.0.6629
Prelinking /usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/winex/bin/winedump
Prelinking /usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/winex/bin/pthreads_stack_test

Code:
$ ldd /usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/winex/bin/wine
        linux-gate.so.1 =>  (0xffffe000)
        libntdll.so => not found
        libwine.so => /usr/lib/libwine.so (0x41000000)
        libwine_unicode.so => /usr/lib/libwine_unicode.so (0x4101b000)
        libwine_port.so => not found
        libm.so.6 => /lib/libm.so.6 (0x42a49000)
        libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x4292e000)
        libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x42a43000)
        /lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x421ce000)

Code:
$ locate libwine_port.so
/usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/winex/lib/libwine_port.so.1.0
/usr/lib/transgaming_cedega/winex/lib/libwine_port.so

I unmerged all my old Transgaming stuff and dumped all my old configs. Afterward, I found that when I ran emerge --search, the latest versions of Point2Play and Cedega were listed.

I ran emerge point2play, it told me which file it wanted from the transgaming site, and where to put it. I did so, emerged point2play and installed Cedega from inside Point2Play.

I'm currently running happily, knowing I have a nice, clean Cedega install. It took a little extra time, but I think it was worth it.
