If I log in and just press enter the whole thing clears..... which means i have to press the login button every time. Can you just make it that when you press enter it logs you in.

For me it works:
Set cursor into login field, type login, press TAB to advance to password field, type password, hit enter.
I use Opera 6.03.
Autofocus of the login field would be fine, indeed. |

I'm guessing you're using Phoenix (or maybe Mozilla), which has this problem. It works fine in IE as well as Opera.
For Phoenix, after you've entered your username and password, just hit tab to bring the focus to the login button. Then, enter will work fine.
AFAIK, this is a browser issue and not a phpBB/Gentoo forums issue.

I use KDEs Konqueror..... mabey something is wrong with it......and sorry i put it under the wrong catergory...mabey you can move it to the correct one.
