pcmia cards

g'day,

i have a dell inspiron 8100 with 2 pcmia slots.

i want to get a tv/vcr card, and need to know are they available as pcmia cards.

this also applies to an airport card.

can anyone give me the lowdown on this.

my previous computer had only a floppy disk. i am confused.

hmm,

have a look at the homepage of the pcmcia-cs package. there is a good list of supported pcmcia and cardbus cards for linux.
