i use xscreensaver when i leave the computer to lock the desktop and let the power management put the monitor to sleep. since i use it to lock the desktop, is there a way to block ctrl-alt-backspace so it can not kill the desktop ? maybe trap it and ask for user or root password before killing ?

does that just disable the ctrl-alt-backspace or popup a window ffor the user password or root password. thanks. ill set that anyway

I haven't actually tried it, but I imagine that it disables ctrl-alt-backspace completely. |
