x11-base/xorg-x11-6.8.2.r1 won't build

I get this error, I just finished stage 1 and stage 2 builds. I was doing an emerge kde and this failed:

Any idea where to find the "known bug"?

Didn't read the entire error, someone gave me use flags and these conflict with x11...
