I can suspend my computer to State-3 (suspend to RAM), when I press the power button, the hard drive spins back up, and things seem to turn back on, but my monitor won't turn back on. I have tried with kernel 2.6.9 and 2.6.11
Anyway to fix this?
Thanks!

What graphics card do you have? Many will NOT resume at all. Meaning the screen is not turning on because it gets no signal from the GPU.
Try googling for that machine, maybe someone has gotten it to work. |

It is an ATI mobile Radeon.
I found a page saying the people got it to work on a different computer.
http://www.doesi.gmxhome.de/linux/tm800s3/s3.html
They said you need patches for x.org, but they said gentoo already does that. But maybe I can try the other methods they described.
Thanks!
