I know it takes a long time, but last night when I went to bed, this was showing ont he screen:
kde-base/kdegraphics-3.3.2-r2 merged.
It's still there when I got up.... is that normal or has the emrge stopped responding. The system i still have. Can change consoles and do whatever I won't, but I need to know if I should kill the emerge and try again.... and if I have to, I hope the make files will find what was done and not duplicate it. Lol.

well, I just killed it and started again. Emerging 1 of 23. I hope that means it's not redoint what it already did, but don't know, as don't know what hte originial number was. *sigh*. oh well.
