Hey everyone, need some help here. I finished installing Gentoo awhile ago, with KDE. When i am in kde my comp seems to run really slow. every 5 or 10 min it lags for about a minute before it does anything. just wondering if any one can give me a hand.
System:
AMD 64 3400+
512 DDR ram
any other info you need on my comp, gimmie a shout. |

| emerge htop and run it in the console or set a hot key for the task manager (it used to be ctl + esc) and see if something is running the processor. |
