db-4.1.25_p1-r4 compile error

while emerging system the db-4.1.25_p1.25-r4 displays following error>
./libtool: line 1: g++: comand not found
make *** [cxx_db.lo] error 1

I have not found this error anywhere (using links does not help me), so I figure I did something wrong during instalation, I guess its a compilker error. Any help is welcome.
