I want to install the dspam spam filter on my qmail gateway. All the documentation I can find apply to using qmail with vpopmail; this is not what I want to do. I have a qmail server running qmail-scanner with f-prot that relays to an internal exchange server. I have no local mail accounts on the qmail server. Can such a thing be done with dspam?

Thanks

Have you looked at the home page for dspam? They claim in their features, among other things, the following:
Quote:
MTA support. DSPAM works great with Sendmail, Postfix, Qmail, Courier, and Exim, and should work well with any other MTA that supports external agents.

You may want to read their FAQ as well. Sounds quite doable if you check into how to set up an external delivery agent correctly. Good luck!
