kde-arts fails after fetch cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE (slvd)

it seems to be saying that a global variable for my portage is wrong.

its looking for a file kdeartwork-3.4.0.patch (or something to that effect)

i tried to locate that file w/ find and slocate and could not.

solved: i had emerged sync right before the emerge kde, but i did it again anyway, and this time it worked. whoda thunkit
